Schedule Changes the week of October 10
Hi all- a few reminders about this week's schedule:
MONDAY - classes WILL be held - even though it is a holiday for some.
TUESDAY - no changes
WEDNESDAY - NO CLASSES at Hughes due to their annual fall rummage sale. This was posted on our "Important Dates Form" distributed at the start of the year
THURSDAY - No change for the St Paul's dancers, classes as usual. Hughes classes will be held at the Glen Echo Park Bumper Car Pavillion (see email from Nicki; this is a change from the Important Dates Form information)
SATURDAY - No change for the Rockville dancers, classes as usual Hughes classes will be held at Glen Echo Park's Annex (see email from Nicki)

Irish Seams at The Dress Exchange This Weekend!
Irish Seams will be available at the Culkin School Dress Exchange on 8 Oct between 10am & 2pm to assist with new costume orders and alterations. We will also be available to advise on the suitability/alterabilty of used dresses available at the Dress Exchange.
Irish Seams will also be available for fitting appointments for dresses, vests, beginner costumes, track suits and alterations at their location (13401 Tangier Place, Rockville, MD 20853) on the following dates from 4pm until 8pm:
Friday, Oct 14th (4-8pm)
Tuesday, Oct 18th (4-8pm)
Monday, Oct 24th (4-8pm)

Each fitting takes approximately 20 minutes to accomplish the neccessary measurements. The dancer should wear clothes similar to the clothing they would wear under the dress/vest at feis or performance. Their hair should also be in a bun or put up to allow clear access to the neck.

TRACK SUIT Alert: The last date to order a track suit for O's is 18 October. The last date to order track suits for the holidays is 4 November. The price is the same as last year: $100.00 for the track suit & $75.00 for the jacket only. The fitting set and order forms will be available at the Dress Exchange and the Irish Seams "Open House" fitting dates.

Dress Exchange at Hughes
This is a reminder that the dress exchange will be held on Saturday, October 8 at Hughes Methodist (corner of Georgia Ave & Plyers Mill Rd) from 10am-2pm. Bring your gently used dance shoes, Culkin gear, Culkin school dress/vest/beginner costume to sell OR just bring yourself to buy those much needed shoes, dresses, vests, etc...Please don't miss out on this opportunity! Be there or be square!

A HUGE congratulations to Emily M for winning her 2nd Preliminary first place at the Ryan Feis this Saturday. Emily is now an OPEN Championship dancer, the highest level a dancer can achieve! Way to go EM!!!
