Congratulations to Billy McComiskey!
The Culkin School sends out a huge congratulations to Billy McComiskey, a recipient of the National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship Award! This is the Nations highest honor in the Folk Arts! Billy has played his button accordion for many performances alongside the Culkin School. We are incredibly lucky to have danced to music by a man of such talent!
