A HUGE congratulations to all of the Culkin School dancers who made us proud at the Regional Championships in Dallas! We are proud to announce that Culkin remains the reigning Regional Champions for both the adult 4 and 8 hand competitions! Our solo dancers brought it HOME! We have 10 World Championship Qualifiers heading to Glasgow in March! We have 22 National Qualifiers heading to Orlando in July! We also had two 1st place Traditional Set competitors, Lynne H and Quincy M! All in all a GREAT weekend! Go CULKIN!

Shoe & Dress Exchange
This coming Saturday, October 3 the Booster Club is hosting the Fall Shoe & Dress Exchange! It’s time to clean out your closets! Bring all your gently used shoes and any school costumes you’ve outgrown to Hughes to sell and if your dancer has outgrown their shoes and/or costumes, come and SHOP! The Booster club will also be hosting some fun activities for all dancers and their parents! The itinerary will be shared with you shortly! The Shoe & Dress Exchange will be open from 10am-3pm!! Come on over to Hughes UMC (10700 Georgia Ave, Silver Spring, MD) and meet the CulkiNation community!!
Duffy’s Pub’s Grand Re-Opening!
We are so excited that Duffy’s Irish Pub is re-opening! Please come out for a pint and some dancing to celebrate with Andy Duffy, who has always been incredibly supportive of the Culkin School! We will be dancing at 7pm–don’t miss the fun! Congratulations to Andy!!! Can’t wait to raise a pint and eat some of the best tater tots in the DMV!!
