NO CLASSES: Tuesday, March 20

Today, Tuesday, March 20 all classes will be cancelled in all locations due to the inclement weather. Montgomery County Schools has cancelled all after school activities and Imagination Stage in Bethesda has cancelled all afternoon/evening programs in their facility. Enjoy your free evening and be careful out there!

Montgomery County Public Schools are closed today (Feb. 7) due to emergency weather conditions. All school and community activities in school buildings also are canceled. Urgent Update: Due to unsafe road conditions affecting school transportation, Montgomery County Public Schools is now closing schools today, January 17, 2018. The Culkin School follows MCPS’ inclement weather policy, so there will be no Irish dancing classes today. Be safe and stay warm!

Montgomery County Public Schools will close early today (Jan. 8) due to emergency weather conditions. All school and community activities in school buildings also are canceled. The Culkin School follows MCPS’ inclement weather policy; all Rockville, Hughes and Glen Echo Adult classes are cancelled today. Stay safe and warm!

Thursday, January 4, No Classes

All Irish dancing classes for Thursday, January 4, 2018 are cancelled due to Montgomery County Public Schools being closed today due to emergency weather conditions. All school-sponsored and community-use activities in school buildings are canceled, which means our halls are also closed. Stay warm everyone!

Classes Cancelled Today 3/14/17

MCPS has cancelled school and all after school activities for today, Tuesday, March 14. The Culkin School follows the MCPS inclement weather policy, given that we have classes in several MCPS facilities. Have fun today in the snow!

Saturday January 7: Classes Impacted by Weather

Due to the impending weather, Montgomery County has delayed all “community use of facilities” until noon. Therefore our Rockville classes are cancelled, and our Silver Spring classes will start at noon. Dancers, please check your emails for more details. Stay safe and warm today!

NO Classes/Saturday, December 17

MCPS has cancelled all community use of facilities until 3pm this afternoon, Saturday, December 17. ALL Culkin classes are cancelled for today, including the Hughes Holiday Party. We hope to see ALL of you tomorrow at the Booster Club’s annual Holiday Party at the Knights of Columbus Rosensteel, 9707 Rosesnsteel Ave, Silver Spring from 1:30-5:30pm. Unfortunately MCPS has cancelled for today, Tuesday, Feb 16. We do follow MCPS’ inclement weather policy. Classes are cancelled canceled for today. Once we get through the winter season, we will discuss make-up classes and communicate the plan!
